apnt is benchtop programming tool.
(most use it in vehicle with no issues. i can not guarantee it supports all in vehicle programming )
apnt will disable skim but!!! if you install ecu into a vehicle with a skim module it will re-enable skim in that vehicle . you will need to unplug skim module if you are using for this purpose.
Be careful:
if you unplug the skim module to disable skim you will lose keyless entry and tire pressure monitor functionality
